Start by checking the spam folder of your email.
Then make sure the email address you entered is valid.

Check your internet connection.

If you happen to be using "Little Snitch" or another application which could potentially block all outgoing connections, you might need to authorize the following apps :

- traceroute (to create the report)
- smtp (used to send the email)

These two can be added to the safe list without any doubts regarding safety. They are part of Mac OS.
